Chef is a feel-good movie that follows the journey of Carl Casper (played by Jon Favreau). Carl is a talented chef who is fired from his job at a renowned restaurant. He then starts up his own food truck and eventually becomes successful. The movie has great food scenes and is overall a fun and enjoyable watch.

Chef Carl Casper (played by Favreau) suddenly quits his job at a prestigious restaurant after refusing to compromise his creative integrity for its owner Riva (played by Dustin Hoffman). He then starts a food truck with his sous-chef and son, Percy. The movie is very well shot and the scenes where Carl cooks are particularly enjoyable to watch. Favreau’s acting is also quite impressive.
